Brad has handled numerous criminal matters in the District Courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the State of New Hampshire.

Brad is a graduate of Lowell High School, University of Massachusetts at Lowell where he received his Bachelor’s in Finance and minor in Economics. Brad attended Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts where he graduated Cum Laude with his Juris Doctorate Degree.

Brad began his legal career in 1999 practicing in a law firm in Lowell, Massachusetts handling a multitude of matters to include but not limited to personal injury, personal injury litigation, real estate, criminal law, landlord/tenant, wills, trusts, zoning/planning matters, liquor license applications, small business/corporate formation and more. In August of 2012, Brad established the Law Office of Brad M Pacheco now known as Law Office of Brad M Pacheco, LLC, a general practice law firm. In his spare time Brad enjoys biking, skiing, boating and traveling.
